A LETTER FROM THE COMMISSIONER

The Rocky Mountain Football League is ready to continue its growth and to push the greatness of this league even further. 

​

I would like to start by saying thank you to Brad Thurber. As a member of the league since 2009, I have watched him become a great ambassador for the RMFL and lead us to new bounds. I cannot say how great he has been for the league. I feel that he has become a true friend and I have learned so much from him. If nothing else, Brad is a "people person" and I can take a lot from our conversations and interactions over the past few years.

Moving forward, the goal of the new staff and I is to get this league back to just playing football, building positive relationships and playing for the love of the game. We will try to make the league more "player friendly" while giving the owners a better and more consistent foundation to build their teams on. 

​

The staff and I have spent countless hours rewriting the constitution and trying to find solutions for some issues we have had to address over the past few years. We feel that we have made great strides in getting back to what the original purpose of this league was......just playing football!

I appreciate each and every person that is associated with the Rocky Mountain Football League and I look forward to doing my part in seeing this league last for another 25 years.
