The Staff would like to take time to get to know the teams in our league this year. We will spotlight a different team each week of the season. We came up with a few random questions to ask each team. We will begin with last year's champion. The Blackfoot Anarchy. These are the answers I got from Jeff Katsaneas.

1-What thing do you hate most about being an OWNER/GM?

All the non-football stuff like tracking down fees from players,, scheduling fields and getting sponsors. Luckily I have lots of support from my wife and coaching staff.

 

2-How does the squad look for 2018?

Our squad looks really good for the upcoming season. We return most of our players from last season and have a few new players. League MVP, Jarik May is looking to have another great season and league Coach of the Year, Jeb Harrison will be calling the plays again for the ANARCHY. Our QB Cody Kirsch has continued to improve since last season and will only continue to get better. Our strength is our youth. We only have a few players in their 30s. Most of our guys are under 25 years old. Our team will continue to rely on our defense, which was the best in the league last year but we hope our offense can continue to get better. We have a great coaching staff who will get the most out of our players as well.

 

3-Do you have a rival team in the league? IF so, who is it?

The Idaho Falls Mustangs. We are all really good friends off the field but on the field we HATE each other. It is always a hard hitting, physical affair.

4-What is your best road trip memory? Last season we had a great after party in Missoula, Montana after we played the Flathead Monsters. Columbia Falls was a beautiful place to play and we made some great memories.

5-What is the worst game your team has ever played?  I don’t remember. You only learn from the negatives and remember the positives.

6-Why do you do this and what made you want to own/run a team? I love the game of football and love being around all the players and their families.

7-After winning the championship, what did you do with the trophy the first night?

Put it on my table and smiled at it.

​

8-If you weren't running the Anarchy, what would you be doing with that time?

I would be running my business and spending more time with my family.

 

9-Do you have a favorite player? 

NO!

​

10-What is your favorite ice cream flavor?

All of them except bubble gum.
