The Lions have many key newcomers along with a good base of veterans and a renewed commitment to improving through consistent practice and Year round conditioning. 

 

TEAM HISTORY & OVERVIEW

The St. George team began about 10 years ago as the St. George Blitz then changed names to the Dixie Rebels and finally to the Zion Lions in 2015. The St. George team has won an RMFL championship and has been a finalist the last three years.
